This place is going down. 8 yrs ago I started a relationship with my local Pep Boys. I used to be able to literally drop my car for an oil change in the morning and walk over to my work and they would call before the end of my workday. 8 hrs shift. Now I cannot drop it at all as they have opted for appointments only. The problem with this is if I had a customer right in front of me with cash and their car I would take them as appointments aren t as consistent, especially without taking a deposit to secure the spot for said appointments. The employees always say we don t have as many techs as the past. So why the hell wouldn t you hire more people? Losers all the way around now.
