When it came time to renew our auto and home insurance, I was at a loss of hope when my former insurance agent stopped returning emails in a timely manner, and then completely not at all. I googled to find other independent insurance agencies, and came across Lisa Nickels Insurance Agency. Great reviews, so I figured I would give them a try. I was NOT disappointed- I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professional service from my agent, Maggie. She is not only knowledgeable, but also efficient and enthusiastic. She has been a lifesaver for us, and very patient with our many questions. She even got our auto coverage down by 7$ a month, with higher coverage and adding an ADDITIONAL vehicle!
