My doc herself was great, however the staff at reception are abysmal and should not work in the medical field. I just called, half an hour before they close, to see if I can make an appointment sooner than the one I already have set up. However after being on hold for a good minute, I tried hanging up and calling again. This went on for 30 mins straight and I still was not able to speak to anyone. I understand they can get busy, but no patient should have to wait half an hour on 'hold' or with the phone ringing out, just to switch appointments. This is Friday, so I guess I'll just need to wait til Monday and hope that maybe, possibly, someone might answer the phone before another 30 mins has passed Some people should just not have work in the medical field. How disappointing.
