This place was a rip-off. I had them out to fix one item, and then the upselling started. He had to drain the water to make the fix to our furnace so I agreed to have a few (4) extra valves replaced that were corroded. I looked up the cost of the parts and they totaled to less than $100, and yet they charged me $1,150 that included about 3.5 hours of labor. They're getting two stars because the worker did quality work and was pleasant, but the price was ridiculous. Won't use them again.

So I just upped this to four stars. They got back to me and gave me cash back to make up for their overcharge. They were very pleasant and we netted out at what they probably should have charged in the first place. Thanks Haley.
