I have posted a review on here before under the same name, Oaktree mobility had initially pushed back on replacing my fathers chair as it was nearly 2 years old, and at the end of its warranty, however after discussing with their senior management they agreed to replace the chair for my father at no additional cost, I am a firm beleiever that we are all allowed to make mistakes but its what you do to fix them that is far more important, Oaktree stepped up and showed true professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction, the replacement chair has now been delivered to my father and I cannot thank Oaktree enough for their help, but more importantly their kindness toward my father, finally a company with a heart
