I didn't have a good experience. I visited today and because the theater box office is closed, I went to ask for information and the feeling it gives is one of disdain. As it is a tourist and cultural spot, it could have more helpful and educated service providers, prioritizing customer service and not looking at social networks on cell phones. = /
