Horrible insurance company. Horrible customer service.
I received the offer by mail from this company and they offered an auto insurance.It was kind of a good deal and since my current auto policy with another company was going to expired very soon I decided to change a company. I picked my coverage up and filled the application. The application was sent and I got back that the representative was going to contact me shortly. I was waiting for about 2 hours but never got back.It was about 6 p.m. already and I called up to the company. The lady told me that all representatives finished their work for that day and if she could find somebody he or she was going to give me a call. I got a call two days later only and since I was in the middle of something I couldn t take their call. They just left a message asking call them back.

However, the other day I got a letter by mail from the company explaining that they can not provide me with an auto insurance because of excessive daily usage/ mileage is not within underwriting standard.. When I was filling out my application I pointed out that I drive about 10-12K per year....

So stay away from this insurance company.

UPDATE: I've just read the comment that the company wrote after my review and I'd like to add some information, particularly about their "competitive rates" and some of my background information. So their rate just $15 less Geico's rate but nothing comparison with customer service and usability of the web site.
Also, I don't really understand what's kind of risks they are talking about. I've never been involved in an car accident and I have no any traffic tickets...
