Difficult to arrive with a car it's confusing what...

Difficult to arrive with a car it's confusing what to do with it as you check in. The check in process and staff were excellent. The room was very nice albeit a little noisy in the evening as we overlooked Customs street. Lovely gifts when we arrived arranged by the hotel on the request of our children. Dinner on the 13th floor was disappointing and we were grateful that we are Accor Advantage Plus members to only pay half price. Overall hotel experience was that we had a lovely time, staff were very good and hotel was nice.
