I am a loyal Hilton Diamond member. Chose to stay...

I am a loyal Hilton Diamond member. Chose to stay here on vacation but had maintenance issues, no sitting chair, no water and no one seemed to care. Definitely needs an update. Friendly staff but did not go the extra mile as others do.
