I checked it out because it has been a local business for quite some time. I was looking for a helmet and looking to see what else they carry. I didn't even get a "hello". I'm not a shopping snob by any stretch of the imagination. But if you want to keep a brick and mortar retail business open in this age, you need to acknowledge and/or greet your customers. If not, we just go online or elsewhere.
To be completely fair, I was only here once. However, this was the first impression they made. Sometimes you only get one shot to make that impression.
