I called A#1 to correct a DYI installation of a smart thermostat issue. My heating system is ancient and did not have a common wire. The technician, Chase, arrived by the predicted time wearing his mask and booties. After a thorough inspection of the system, he informed me that my dinosaur of a heater might not work with the wifi thermostat.
After trying on his own for a little bit, he phoned a friend. Dane cam by and helped get us up and going!
Chase and Dane's professionalism and effort to solve my issue created a superior customer service experience. I have A#1's number saved for my future AC/Heating & electrical needs.
