Mmm Foie Gra over steak over slightly fried potatoes? Cheesy Bread? Pistachio Souffle? And a view of the dancing waters of Bellagio? Okay I suppose I really asked these questions with no real answer. But the answer should be: Spectacularly romantic. I went with a dear friend of mine and we had a blast with this sorta creepy but attentive waiter. It made us miss our significant others dearly, but then made us forget about them when delicious food arrived.

They really thought out the entry as you take the elevator up and walk through the kitchen before arriving at the dining area. It was great to be able to have a quick glance of the ingeniousness of the people creating our meals.
