I recently used their services and found the website to be informative and user-friendly. However, the customer service experience was average, as it took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries. The products offered were satisfactory, but the lack of variety was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, their delivery was prompt and efficient. Overall, I am on the fence about whether I would use their services again. 😕
