Rarely ever post a negative review, but I need to here, especially if you have children. Not safe here. Smelled HEAVILY of pot nightly even though it's a no smoking hotel (employees said there was nothing they could do). Questionable activities going on in the parking lot and rooms at all hours. Really dirty floors. Cigarette burn on sheets. Definitely not cleaning for COVID conditions (or at all). Took five requests to get a microwave in the room. Ants in the bathroom that we sprayed ourselves (when I brought it up the employee's response was "I have ants in my bathroom too"). Saw a dog and homeless people IN the pool at different times. Wasps and cobwebs at the pool. Room had food substances on the furniture. Had to unplug the clock and lamps and pull furniture out to find working outlets.
Called IHG customer service who tried their best to help us on our extended stay, but I never got a call from the general manager as promised. An employee offered us a different room, but couldn't guarantee it wouldn't smell like pot or have ants and bugs in the room or be any cleaner than what we had already cleaned in the original room ourselves.
