I got a dermaplaning here once and the tech shaved...

I got a dermaplaning here once and the tech shaved my hairline off on one side. I didn't notice until I got home and notified them by responding to their text asking how they did. Axios did nothing to rectify the situation. The lip exfoliation was slathered on for 1 second, and she didn't do my chin even though it was mentioned in the service description. The atmosphere is nice and the rest of my skin turned out fine. But that's rediculous.
