I stayed in the hotel for 7 days. My room had hair on the floor that was not cleaned. On the last day I asked for my room not to be cleaned, and our room was entered even though I did not disturb the card. The containers of our belongings were thrown away and no sachets were put in the trash can. The food in the main restaurant was bad, for breakfast and dinner, there were uncooked potatoes and bad food. the most beautiful dish was hamburger fries and dinner in the italian restaurant. The employees in the Italian restaurant were very polite and smiling. Doaa Ali was the employee who made our reservation from the restaurant and had prepared a table for us.
