I just had my first visit with my mother on the third floor and while I was there the nurse was able to give my mom some pain medicine that she needed right away and in fact the maintenance department went and got batteries for my mom s dog which barks and wags its tail. It means so much to my mother and for us, her family to know she s in such good hands.
