I placed a order on Sunday for a convertor. I choose next day delivery option. I paid $75 dollars extra for the part to be delivered THE NEXT DAY. The part didn t arrive until Wednesday. I called and spoke to the so called supervisor. Before I could finish explaining my Dilemma, he cut me off and proceeded to tell me I won t get my money back because they sent it the next day. His explanation was due to COVID 19 the order took longer to be delivered. Now I wasn t informed this information during the purchasing process or afterwards. Not one email or phone call. So I had to call them! The SUPERVISOR began to get smart with me and hung on me because he didn t have the answers to my questions and refused to put me on the phone with his boss. MONDAY COMES AFTER SUNDAY. Let s say they didn t process the order until MONDAY I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER THE NEXT DAY AS I PAID FOR! Which would be a Tuesday. So his theory was if they sent it on a Thursday and I got it Friday that would be considered over night. Even if I ordered it a week before. I will never order from these guys again. IF THIS WAS MY BUSINESS ID GET RID IF THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY OPTION AND THE UNPROFESSIONAL SUPERVISOR YOU GUYS HAVE WORKING FOR YOU! Thanks for nothing NEXT LEVEL
