We were looking for our dream home in Coconut Grove in our price range. We found a home that fit our criteria, but it had title issues dating back to the 1970 s. Jonathan stepped in to research everything and although it took some time working with the Sellers attorney, they were able to file all the appropriate paperwork and we now live in our new home in our favorite city.
