Good morning I had a very bad experience with this dealer, I bought a sharpener from fervi with invoice and here all is well, in a year I used it a couple of times to sharpen a couple of tips, one day it turned on and off ( broke) I tried to contact the dealer and I was told that the warranty expired 15 DAYS because with the invoice the warranty is 1 year and with receipt 2, I tried to ask if they could do something but I said NO. Then through another dealer we sent it to repair from fervi and they sent me a dizzying quote like buying it new from Shame.
