I never would have believed it myself but we were in and out of the ER in under an hour!
My son broke his radius bone in his arm playing football.
They entered us info the system and took vitals and info. Then got us back immediately and the ER Dr. Wright was awesome! He calmed my son and spoke to him as a person and really cared about him.
The X-ray machine was wheeled in and taken right there in the room - how cool was that!
And then within minutes two nurses came in and talked with us as the cast was placed.
Everyone listened to our questions and were so patient to answer them all.
We are now headed home. Thank you Baylor Scott & White and especially Dr Wright!
