As a student I did not immediately think about contacting a real estate agency when searching for a new place close to my university. However, a friend of mine told me about their special student offers so gave it a try. In only 1 week time I could sign the contract to my furnished new home in my desired location and all that for a price which is definitely affordable for pretty much any student.
