Last time I was here they literally forgot me in a room. This time we waited twenty minutes before they called our insurance company who then had to fax them back. This after I called an hour early to make sure my insurance was accepted.

There was a guy in the lobby who was complaining that his lab results were going to be 10-12 weeks! His complaint was that he was originally told 2-3 days. They were less that accepting of the responsibility for their estimates.
