Positives: very kid friendly resort with lots of family activities for both indoor and outdoors. Great for a variety of weather conditions.

Negatives:
late check-in
room was not cleaned during a 3 day stay staff appear disinterested/disengaged in providing a quality customer experience

Suggestions:
stay in the main building if you have kids - it's where all of kids activities are and eliminates travelling between venues.
Open kids activities earlier (rock climbing, bouncy castles) for families with early risers
Main building rooms are dated and in need of updates and renovations (they do charge resort fees)
