IF my mother is not properly cared for because she doesn't communicate well and is separated from her primary care giver at this hospital, I will pursue litigation.
She has HEAD INJURIES because of passing out at home after being released from having medical procedures at Shands.
I had absolute confidence until I'm told THEY CAN'T EVEN GET HER NAME RIGHT today.
