The buildings and maintenance are wonderful. The residents are fantastic. The grounds are maintained fairly well, but not always with safety in mind. For example, sidewalks are uneven and not level with the ground beside them. The employees often speed into the campus with music blaring and looking at cell phones. Very scary. Lastly, communication between administration and residents could be better. While the tennis court is excellent, the pool is tiny. The gym in Canopy Oaks building is top-notch. All that being said, I would not want to live anywhere else in Tallahassee at this stage in my life.
