I am a Rewards member, and I usually stay at Courtyards, but I decided to stay at a full service Marriott for convenience. I was in town for a wedding and when I arrived at the valet stand no one came to greet me. (I guess I was not dressed formally, so I was not greeted formally.) I had to hail the valet, and although I had exited my vehicle and was preparing to get MY OWN luggage, the valet approached me and asked me was I checking in to THIS hotel?

The front desk staff was great, I just couldn't believe the valet.
