Called ServiceOne at 8am to take a look at a furnace where the burners were not lighting. Person on phone took my call, verified my furnace warranty status and told me what I should expect for charges. The HVAC service tech, Larry M, called me before he arrived, at the time the person I initially talked to said. When Larry arrived, he brought everything he needed to my basement in one trip. After describing the symptoms to him, he knew immediately what he needed to check. He explained everything he was doing. He was very thorough. He cleaned the air intake, the burners, the interior of the furnace, and verified everything was operating as necessary. I would not hesitate to call ServiceOne again. When I do, I will definitely ask if they can schedule Larry to take the call.
