My kiddo lives in an apartment at Edgewater that has never ending leaking ceilings, mold in the bathroom, broken kitchen drawers, broken screen door, hole in the front door etc, etc, They will not let the kids break the lease. They would rather have the kids get sick from mold....would not recommend this apartment complex to a dog!
