I love Stanford Shopping Center. They have a great selection of stores, many of which can't be found in a lot of other places, probably due to the amount of real estate they have. The mall is lit up beautifully, so a stroll through in the evening is really enjoyable. They also have plenty of restaurants to choose from, with a variety of price points.
