Have had these guys service my store a couple time...

Have had these guys service my store a couple times because I couldn't find anyone better. I'm tired of getting ripped off. If their tech spends an hour in my store I get billed for 3 hours plus their trip charge. On average I get charged for 200% of what I can purchase a part for online on the first site I check. I had these guys come fix my oven. Two hours later my oven lot on fire because it wasn't regulating the temp properly. I called because I was pretty upset and tired of waiting to get their after hours lady. I tried asking her to set something up so someone would be out asap in the morning because it wasn't fixed. She told me she can't do anything other Than dispatch he after hours guy. I explained all I needed was for someone to be out first thing in the morning to look at it. She again said there was nothing she could do unless I wanted her to dispatch someone(useless after hours). So I said well I need to get this working so send someone out. When their tech got their I said I just need someone to come out first thing tomorrow. Billed for 1 hour overtime and a trip charge because their after hours lady was useless. The tech in the morning came and said "I dunno" let's just leave it for a bit and see what it happens. Billed for 1.5 hours and another trip charge. So in total billed for 3 trip charges and 7 hours of labor and my oven still doesn't work... The tech guys are nice. I love Sam. Haven't had them for residential, but don't use for business. These guys forget we have 20 stores and use oven guys all the time in other states. We know how much parts should cost and how much time it should take.
