Vintners Ridge Kirkland - our home was built in 2014 by Burnstead and we are very disappointed. The sub-contractors they use today are of poor quality and the finishes are embarrassing for the price value of the home. Strongly encourage you to do your research.

They were once a highly reputable builder in the 90's, however, this is no longer the case, specifically, speaking about Fred Burnstead homes, the father.. Their employees are long-tenured and many have not developed the skills necessary to deal with today's homebuyer. The customer service responsiveness has bee very disappointing, they're simply checking the boxes. We had high hopes for our new home based on the builder's past reputation, but sadly, after the housing crash, they lost all of their quality subs and employees. Buyer beware.
