Absolutely horrid place! The lady I talked to at the front desk was rude, Zoey or Noey...something like that. If you are there on business, do not let them place you in the little motel looking tower. Wifi drops every 15-20 mins, but the front desk lady said it's a known issue for that part of the hotel and there's nothing she can do about it. The pictures don't do any justice. Mold in my coffee pot...Remained there the entire stay. Window would not close all the way. Very loud outside. Room constantly smelled like cigarette smoke. Zoey or Noey refused to let me speak with a manager. She took my information down and said she would pass along my information. Never heard from management. When I was asking to speak with the manager, I was told she's busy and she wouldn't be able to do anything to help you. She then politely asked me to step out of line so she could help the people behind me because there's nothing she can do for me. I was livid but complied.

To be fair to the hotel, the outside by the main entrance looks nice. Nice gift shop. Restaurants looked nice...maybe even the north tower was nice...looked nice from the outside at least....but that motel attached to their hotel should be condemned! I think it's the south tower...

I could not recommend this place to anyone with a clear conscience!!!
