I have been ordering products from aloha for years...

I have been ordering products from aloha for years and have never had any issues, until recently. Seems like since they changed to Ami/newco LLC, customer service has gone downhill! Came in to pick up a previously placed order and it took nearly an hour to get my product. The ladies seemed to have absolutely no clue as to how to handle the computer part of things, and the order wasn't even ready either. Also, the office reeked of cigarette smoke! Not what I'd expect going to a medicinal mushroom growing business. Then when leaving there were people outside smoking as well. Just doesn't seem to resonate with this type of business. My next order was done over the phone. On this order they charged me over $400 instead of my wholesale cost which should have been a fraction of that. Also, finding it very difficult to get any in depth info on the products, with the last lady having to go grab one of the bottles to see what the ingredients actually were. One more thing. I tried to place a wholesale order for a couple boxes of immune critical care (which I've been ordering for years) and they told me they're only selling that retail during this time. I'm a acupuncturist/herbalist and have many clients that were asking for this product from me and I had to tell them to order it from Amazon! I'm not normally a "reviewer" , but things just seem to be getting worse.When I start getting massively overcharged due to incompetence and can't get my wholesale price due to them wanting to sell retail instead I feel like something needs to be said.
