Jennifer Kellogg is the rudest person I've ever met in my life, how her family stays in business I will never know.

The Kellogg Agency rents to riff-raff and then passes the dirty, trashed out houses on to reputable people - ALONG WITH THE EXPENSES OF CLEANING IT UP! They will say they "forgot" to clean your house before you move in and then when you move out they will attempt to charge you for cleaning it up. Don't fall for it, they legally can't do this but they will try.

If you are the type of person who minds their own business, pays your rent on time and keeps a clean home - YOU are the person they will treat like a criminal and nickle and dime.

The repair people they use are friends of theirs and they do a VERY cheap and unprofessional job at fixing things. You will have to have them back to re-fix things and eventually Kellogg will try to charge YOU and will not accept responsibility for damage of your property because of their shabby, cheap, quick fixes.

Homeowners - Do you like mice? Do you like the smell of garbage? Do you want that in your home? Then DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!

Don't say I didn't warn you.
