My experience was very good for a place I had never been to before. I was greeted right after the receptionist finished with her phone call. The wait in the waiting room was about 30minutes, but I could tell they were busy. The health care assistant was very nice. I think I saw 3 of them while I was there & they were all helpful. I waited to see the doctor in the exam room for 15 minutes or less. Dr. Knudsen was very kind & helpful. Very engaging and I felt like I was listened to. I had to go elsewhere to get an X-Ray then come back, but was promptly put back in a room & saw the doctor again. They had delicious chocolates at the checkout desk, I took 2!! Unfortunately dr. Knudsen forgot to sign a paper my work needed & I went back & the receptionist faxed it to his private practice & I was able to go back to work. I never realized how much L&I paperwork is time consuming & lengthy, so appreciate everyone that helped me.
