No help at all .. They will cut your light off the next day and want 90% of the payment ... They give no breaks .. no sympathy .. zero .. zip .. nada .. So if you have any health issues and need your meds stored away in a fridge i suggest you have some ice ready ... they dont give a damn about anybody ... The state of Florida is THE WORSE .. Osceola county is a joke .. Cant even get any health benefits with out putting your spouse on child support .. so just imagine how they feel about light bills lol THIS STATE HAS NO HELP AT ALL !!!
