Very bad: registered letter sent on 03/22, 26/06 l...

Very bad: registered letter sent on 03/22, 26/06 left notice in the box: we were at home in 4! On 2 July I have to pick it up from the tobacconist, and I have to do it within 30 days (they took 3 months ...!). With the post office I sent a normal parcel to South Africa, delivered at home in 5 days. Is it possible that people are calling themselves a Logistics company?
