I absolutely love living here. My bedroom window overlooks the beautiful San Marcos River. I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and the bedrooms are HUGE. I have two walk in closets and a linen closet that I use for shoes of course! The resort style pool is finished and I can't wait to make use of it this summer. The Woods is pet friendly and the pet deposit/fee is very low compared to other apartments I've lived at. The staff have always been extremely helpful which can be rare living in a college town.
