I went in there to ask for payment records for my wife and also to ask why they were charging my account when they were NOT supposed to! The lady there told me I was being rude and to grab my wife that was breast feeding at the time to take a break from it and get the records her self! Very impressed on there lack of professionalism. I wish the ratings could go in the negatives for how i was treated this afteraoon!
