Sky Tiwater is a really knowledgeable Tech and very personable and a nice guy. He doesn't mind the customer asking him questions and becoming knowledgeable. Earlier, I had changed out the run/start capacitor myself yesterday (May 7, 2020) and forgot to turn back the A/C breaker in the breaker panel box, in the garage, in my attempt to fix the Unit myself. Sky found the problem immediately. I flipped it back on and the outside condensing unit immediately started to work. He even tested both the amps on my Cooling fan motor and compressor complimentary and both still have life. He is a very honest Tech and never tried to scam or upsell me anything. John Moore last did service for me in Oct 2019 to clear a blocked condensate line on this same unit and it still works perfectly. They are always my go-to-company when I can't troubleshoot stuff myself. I have been very satisfied utilizing their services in the past and will continue to do so in the future, especially when things get too complicated for me and I can't troubleshoot issues myself.
