They contacted me regarding an apartment they managed below mine.
They asked me to repair my leaking bathtub, I booked a plumbing team the same day (repairs followed 2 days later).

Considering my effort (and the fact that the damage below would have been insignificant or minor had the leak not been left undiscovered for weeks if not months by maintenance), I expected to have professional communication regarding my recent query. This was unfortunately not the case.

I've never done business with them, considering their professionalism, I likely never will.
