Insanely rude staff. I called Admissions because the Matriculation Office's inbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. When I asked the guy in Admissions, he said that I couldn't email my transcripts to Matriculation. But then I made him aware that they had an email address on the CCSF website. He then went on to say "well you know more than I do at this point." How incompetent are their staff members??? This is pathetic. Last time I ever try to rely on them for student support.
