BEST PORK CHOPS IVE EVER HAD. Completely worth the drive!!! We met Noah who was the nicest guy, and took home freshly laid eggs, fresh butter, grass fed sirloin steaks, pork chops from his heritage pigs, beef bones (for bone broth!), short ribs, chicken liver (to make homemade pate!), chuck roast, and a few others (so glad I had thought to bring a cooler)! We drove home to NYC, and I served the most delectable meals from the bounty. Pork chops were seriously the best chops I ve ever had, and have been talking about Stryker Farm to my coworkers, friends, and family! Will need to make another drive to restock!
