Review of The Brice a Kimpton Hotel

My co-worker and I have always stayed at The Brice...

My co-worker and I have always stayed at The Brice Hotel when we come into Savannah for work. They have always gave exceptional service except for our previous stay.... We woke up to fire alarms blaring for at least 20 minutes. We then head to the valet to get our car to head to work. We were running on a very tight schedule. After waiting at least 10 minutes to get our car, the valet guy crashed it into another car right before our eyes. The hotel staff told us they would PAY for our uber and told us the valet was not at fault. The cops then arrived on the scene, asked us to stay for questioning and we relayed what really happened. Not only did we have to pay for our uber, but we recieved no apology, no follow up, or a way to make up for our lost time and damaged vehicle. We are extremely disappointed on the way this situation was handled by The Brice Hotel and staff and will no longer stay at this hotel.
