I have played team and individual sports my entire life. I have joined various gyms and have tried many exercise programs over the years. I have never felt more satisfied after my work out as I do after I finish one of many different classes they offer. The instructors are highly certified and professional. All of the students are friendly and supportive. But most importantly, I am learning skills that will help me in protecting myself and especially my family. Until you try it, you don t know what you are missing.
