Our 2010 Jeep was overheating. Initially it turned out to be the thermostat was faulty. Replaced that. It was still running hot, replaced radiator. Continued to run hot, Dan(sales rep) advised it could be the head gasket. Thankfully that was okay. Finally, it was determined to be the water pump quit working. Anyway, after almost $1400 in repairs and 2 days out of commission it seems to be running okay. I only question whether or not the radiator actually was bad cause the water pump issue wasn t discovered right away. There should be a diagnostic order of operations. Also, the water pump was replaced Jan. 2018, so that was disappointing. Dan was professional & kept us informed throughout the process.
