Car got stranded on the side of the road and the officers main concern was giving me a ticket rather than helping me out. Car got stranded on I-94 in the middle lane and traffic was not letting me over to the side of the road and deputy S. Haw was more concerned about asking for my driver license and registration than finding out what was going on with the vehicle. Got a ticket for improper parking even tho i was physically unable to move the vehicle because of traffic but looks like he didnt care. Had more concern over giving a ticket than helping out. Horrible experience.
