I went into BGI North this morning because the right brake lever on my Cannondale Trigger (that I bought from BGI) was broken from a collision I had with a tree. I saw how busy it was and, knowing that Covid-19 had caused a lot of people to take up cycling, I expected the turnaround time to be weeks.

When it was my turn, the gentleman at the counter looked at it and said, "Let me look up the part. It may be out of stock at the supplier." At this point, I was thinking, "I'll be lucky to get the bike back by Halloween."

One of the managers - Mark - walked by, took the bike, and started to work on it. After a few minutes, he told me to leave it with him and he will call me later in the day. At 4pm I received a call saying my bike is fixed. Mark was able to use a part he had and just charged me labor. I got my bike the same day.

It is this level of personalized service that gains companies like BGI loyal customers. I am very grateful for the service that Mark and the team provided and am a loyal customer for life.
