I signed up for a "refurbished PC". Was given initial guess-wait period of 6 months and enthusiasm from "Independence 1st" worker. It's now 8 mos. There is no refurbished PC and a lack of "urgency and enthusiasm" on "Independence 1st's" part.
Attended groups here years back. Clean atmosphere.
